Predict a play is an ambitious idea to build a companion to many different sports. We all know how huge fantasy sports are becoming, but there is a growing number of people who desire a more interactive experience when they watch sports. A more “interactive” sports experience to some means that someone ELSE brings you beers, to others they want undeniable proof that they know more about a particular sport than the others around them. This happens every day, we have all seen it. Some friend or acquaintance starts spouting off random stats from 30 years ago to prove that they know a sport and you are totally inferior.

PredictAplay.com’s goal is to put a number by the name. That number is representative of the actual knowledge, and thus giving your buddy the chance to put up or shut up, so to speak. Through the art of harnessed competition mixed with a dash of Internet. We aim to build an application where you can play along with sports, no I don’t mean that crazy guy that runs onto the field during the 7th inning stretch naked. I mean the ability to predict what is going to happen next or during the game as a whole. A virtual manager or sorts. We are aware that these things have been tried in the past and many of them have failed. However most were not free, and most… well they just kind of sucked.
